Taneraser.com is wholly owned and run by My Pink Ltd.

Price

All prices are displayed on the taneraser.com website.

Payment

Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. All invoices/receipts will be issued to the cardholder at the cardholders address and will be issued in UK pounds only. Payment may be processed online via the secure Stripe Payment Gateway.

International Orders

Customers outside of the European Community (EC), are responsible for any applicable import duty and/or tax in the country of delivery. For further information please check with your local Customs office or website.

Order Acceptance

Once you have placed an online order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is for your convenience only and does not constitute the acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete when taneraser.com send you another email confirming the dispatch of your item(s).

Delivery

Delivery prices and approximate delivery times are as stated on the taneraser.com website. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier and Orders delivered to outside the EC may be delayed slightly by the destination country's Customs organisation. In the event of delayed delivery, please check with your local Post Office and/or Customs Office before contacting us.

Returns

Taneraser.com is confident that your new purchase will meet and exceed your expectations. However, in the unlikely event that you are dis-satisfied with your new product you may return it to ourselves for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. The item must be unused and condition as new. Any returns should be sent at your cost. 

When returning an item by post, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which may be requested by us at any time. Please note that these certificates are provided free of charge. On receipt of your returned item, we will then process a refund to your payment method (excluding p&p) providing the above conditions are satisfied.

Faulty Goods

If any product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund if preferred. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date detailing the problem. 

When returning an item by post, you must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office in order for us to refund your postage costs. On receipt of your returned item, we will then either exchange your item or process a full refund as appropriate.

Email Privacy

Taneraser.com may contact customers from time to time with news and special offers. Under no circumstances will taneraser.com sell, rent, or lease your details, or your client details (name, address, email etc...) to any other third party. An 'Opt Out' link is provided with each email we send.
